what i wore: adventuring

i like to think this outfit was inspired by little house on the prairie, or laura ingalls wilder at least. if you've known me since i was a kid, or at all really, you'll know i am fascinated with pioneers and the whole "going west" movement during the late 1800's. i actually played little house on the prairie every day at recess in elementary school.

so i was totally feeling like a prairie girl while exploring north bend, wa with bethany, cory, and eric last week.

obviously i wasn't doing too much strenuous hiking, climbing, etc in a dress... not the most practical outfit for that kind of activity.
but it was so beautiful and warm that day, and i really can't wait for spring!

  2. haha that last photo! so funny. my fiance and i just took some of our engagement photos in that same field on saturday. it is so gorgeous there!
