i have been waiting forever it seems for peonies to find their way to Virginia.
one of the perks of living on the west coast is that these beautiful blooms are available year round.
my friend kate is a florist and as soon as she got these stems in she texted me.
peonies are my favorite. i love studying them. looking at each petal. drawing out each layer. i am very fond of these coral ones. so so beautiful!
