happy mother's day to all the moms out there!

this is my mom the night of her prom in 1975.

this week for me was kind of a bummer, since i mostly laid in bed with a terrible cold on my off days in between working. i have made a good dent in the first few seasons of Madmen though, and found myself dreaming that i am Betty Draper. [maybe it's the cold meds...] but i've been loving being back to work, being productive, and doing what i love most! if you have any hair needs in the seattle area, let me know!

chelsea had the pleasure of shooting her beautiful friend sarah's wedding in charlotte, nc this weekend. wedding season is picking up so her weekends are packed with love, romance, and lots of photo-taking. time with andrew, cats, bonnie, coffee, and flowers occupied her week-- all things chelsea. her mom will be visiting her soon in virginia, which is very exciting!



i hope you all find yourself spending time with your mom on this special sunday, whether it's over brunch, skype, or the phone. OR if you're a mother yourself-- being treated like the queen that you are! we are so blessed to have mothers in our lives, we wouldn't be here without them! we love you moms!
